We start each new academic year with a week dedicated to improving children's health and fitness. Children take part in health and nutrition 'LifeBase' sessions run by CORAM. These educate children on how their body works and the importance of a balanced diet and exercise. We also run sessions for parents to attend so that they are able to ask questions and learn more about how to keep their children and themselves fit and healthy.
Alongside these workshops, all classes focus on educating children on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, from fruit tasting to tropical fruit salads, making healthy pizzas and science lessons to team building games which children love taking part in.
