To apply for exceptional leave for your child during term time, you should complete and submit the Exceptional Leave Request form, which can be downloaded below. Paper copies are available from the school office upon request. Before completing the form, you should ensure you have read and understood the Attendance Policy in order to familiarise yourself with the criteria the school is required to satisfy before approving such requests.
