Our school is continuously looking for ways in which we can audit and improve our current practice. Quality marks and external accreditations provide a useful way in which to do this. Below, you can find a list of those we currently hold and read the reports related to each in detail.
The school is proud to be a local Reading Recovery Centre. We employ a Reading Recovery teacher, who works with targeted children in order to rapidly improve their reading attainment. Membership of the network involves committing to participate in ongoing professional development and networking with colleagues both within and outside school as well as external monitoring of the delivery of the programme and the impact it has upon our children.
