We have a large and committed staff at Field End Infants, many of whom have been here a number of years. One teacher summarised their experience here as follows: 

“I’ve spent my entire teaching career at Field End. From my earliest days as a student to becoming a school leader, I’ve been supported and challenged to develop. For me, that defines the ethos of the school- our aspirations are for all, not just the children. I’ve seen children I’ve taught and parents who started as volunteers join our staff. For many of our staff and families, Field End is like home.”
